Why We Built Elevate 30 (And Why It Might Be Exactly What You Need Right Now)

When I sat down to read through the feedback from our last challenge, I was blown away—not just by the number of responses, but by how honest, raw, and aligned they were.

You told me what was working. You shared what wasn’t. And more than anything, you asked for something that felt sustainable, exciting, and supportive—not just another reset, but one that actually sticks.


So that’s exactly what we built.


Elevate 30 was born from your voices.


It’s not a random collection of workouts or another short-term shred. It’s a structured, energizing, and realistic 30-day reset designed to elevate every part of you—mind, body, and spirit.

And while I wish I was right there doing this one alongside you, I’m still deep in my own postpartum recovery journey.

The workouts I’m doing now are a little gentler, a little slower. But just know—baby Zane and I are cheering you on from the sidelines every single day. Because I know what’s waiting for you at the other side of this challenge. And it’s powerful.


The Power of Weekly Evolution

You told us loud and clear: you want variety, but you also want a clear plan. That’s why Elevate 30 was designed with a weekly rhythm that builds consistency while keeping each week new and exciting.
 

Week 1: Pilates Burn
This first week is all about reconnecting to your body and building a strong foundation. Expect deep core activation, alignment-focused movement, and low-impact sculpting routines that wake up muscles you might have forgotten were there. These are the kind of workouts that ground you, center your energy, and ease you into momentum.
 

Week 2: Strength Sculpt
We turn up the intensity. This week introduces strength-based routines using bodyweight, light dumbbells, or bands to challenge your endurance and build lean muscle. You'll see moves like squats with overhead presses, glute bridges with resistance, and compound sequences that work multiple muscle groups at once. It’s dynamic, focused, and seriously effective.
 

Week 3: Barre Fusion
This is where precision meets power. Small movements, controlled pulses, and major burn. Week 3 challenges your balance, posture, and coordination while strengthening the stabilizing muscles that define your core and legs. We’re also bringing back a few favorite barre routines from past challenges—reimagined and revamped for this new format.
 

Week 4: Bodyweight Tone
No equipment? No problem. The final week proves that your body is your greatest tool. You'll move through high-rep, low-rest sequences that boost stamina, tone from head to toe, and push your mental edge. Think plank variations, squat holds, and cardio bursts layered into strength moves. It’s an empowering finale.

Each week was carefully crafted to offer progression—building strength, control, and endurance—while supporting your recovery and avoiding burnout. Together, they create a rhythm that builds momentum from Day 1 through Day 30.


Daily Focus to Keep You Grounded

In addition to evolving weekly styles, Elevate 30 keeps the same body-part focus each day.
Why? Because routine creates results.

Monday: Legs

Tuesday: Core

Wednesday: Upper Body

Thursday: Glutes

Friday: Full Body

Saturday: Cardio + Core

Sunday: Rest + Recovery Flow
