Growing up, I loved dance. I actually wanted to be a ballerina when I was little—I started ballet at just two and a half years old and danced all the way through until I was 18. So Pilates and Barre have always held a really special place in my heart. There's just something about the grace, the flow, and the control in these movements that brings me right back to those early years in the studio.

Honestly, I still get that same feeling when I slip on a pair of ballet shoes for a workout—so if you feel like throwing some on too, do it!
