Is this for total beginners?
Yes. Day 1 is gentle on purpose — clear cues, no choreography, nothing to figure out. Every workout has options to scale up if you're ready.
What if I miss a day?
You start where you left off. Day 6 happens on Day 7. The point is finishing the 10 — not perfection.
Do I need equipment?
No. Bodyweight only for most workouts. A pair of light dumbbells unlocks more for Day 4, but it's optional.
