Like so many others, I struggled with my body image in
my teens and was very underweight for a period of time. I
felt uncomfortable going into a gym (I mean, what do half
the machines even do?!) and had no idea about nutrition
or what to eat.
Once I discovered the proper balance of exercise that I could do at home and clean eating with supplements, it set me on a new path to take control of not just my
health, but my whole life.
I was never the most talented or the best – and I’m still not! – but what I do have is work ethic, grit,
determination and a strong vision.
This is why I love to help people see what’s possible for them when they follow my mindset tools and find their unshakable belief.
